AVG Anti-virus. Customer is responsible for purchasing at the end of the trial.

Re-load Windows Operating System - $149.00
Sometimes the only way to get your computer functioning correctly again is to re-load the operating system. This is a longer and more involved process, but can make your computer run like new! The customer is responsible for providing discs and licenses for any software that was already installed.
This process includes the following:
* Backing up all your critical data, emails, documents, etc.
* Re-install your Windows operating system
* Reload all your data
* Install necessary drivers
* Defragment the hard drive
* Install critical updates
* Test for system performance
* Install a 30 day trial version of AVG Anti-virus protection. Customer is responsible for purchasing at the end of the trial.
Although we make every effort save customer's data, it sometimes becomes corrupt or lost during the repair process. The customer is responsible for performing their own backups of critical data. Silva PC Solutions will not be held responsible for any lose of information.
